Product Overview

The Radio Frequency Interface (RFI) Module Board AM is a circuit board that is used in ultrasound laptops. It consists of an RFI Board, white mantle and a label. The RFI Board is also called as Electromagnetic Interference (EMI). The board signal can be radiated through space or conducted over interconnecting power cables. In addition to electromagnetic energy, EMC also includes possible effects from electrical fields, magnetic fields, electrostatic discharge and disturbances in the electrical power supply. The following methods are used to pack the board. Initially an antistatic pad will be placed on the bottom of the box. Insert the RFI circuit board inside the pink antistatic nylon bag and place inside the package box, this will be placed above the pad. Now another antistatic pad will be placed above the bag containing the RFI circuit board. Close the box and seal it with the label. Any electrical device producing a radio frequency or an electrical noise, is commonly known as radio frequency interface. During the assembly arrangement, a PCB covered copper sheets consisting of conductive traces will be used along with a non-conductive substrate. The connectors on the RFI module board are assembled and soldered on the component side and print side. And spacers are inserted on the component side. It is often used in ultrasound equipment. The base material used for RFI board is a laminated sheet, which is a flame-retardant made especially for the PCB. It possesses a high strength to weight ratio and is lightweight and flexible.
