Product Overview
The Z Mechanism Assembly is a sub assembly used on the LOGIQ E9 ultrasound products which are used to provide motion in the z direction (up/down) for the operator panel. The assembly consists of lower arm, upper arm, boss - z arm outer, axel front lower, axel front upper, axel rear upper, mounting eye gas spring, dowel pin, bumper z arm upper & lower, sector gear, bumper boss z outer, motor with snap coupling assembly, z mechanism support assembly, hexagon head screw, washers and pins. The major assembly parts are made of aluminum alloys and are corrosion resistant. The Boss - z arm outer is made up of aluminum AL 4254 (High Pressure Die Cast) and it has a surface finish that is a powder coat F-02. This assembly is individually packed and safely labeled.
