Product Overview
The Biopsy Mechanism Assembly consists of a breast coil biopsy mechanism assembly, carton and bubble wrap. The breast coil biopsy mechanism assembly contains two different units, the breast coil biopsy mount assembly and breast coil lateral biopsy arm. These two parts together form the complete assembled unit. They are made using a high precision method for precise cuts and matting between the two parts. This part is packaged with a highly safe method for better protection and wrapped using bubble wrap. The breast coil is a two element receiver only antenna array which receives the RF signal from the body coil and sends it to the preamplifier. The coil is used to image the female breast. The coil has two main applications, first, the detection of breast pathology, in particular, breast cancer and second, the examination of silicone breast implants. This part is widely used in MR Signa HD 1.5T, MR Signa Horizon Hispeed LX 1.5T, MR Optima MR450W GEM 1.5T, MR Signa Optima HDxt 23 1.5T, MR Signa Excite 3.0T, MR Optima MR450W GEM 1.5T, MR Signa Voyager 1.5T and many other machines.
