Product Overview
This Field Replaceable Unit (FRU) kit includes a DVI splitter and a power supply unit. A DVI splitter is a device which accepts a single link DVI signal and splits it into two signals. The splitter provides Display Data Channel (DDC) routing to the local output, allowing Extended Display Identification Data (EDID) handshaking, which ensures proper video output and reliable display of content. This DVI Splitter is ideal for any application where high resolution video signals need to be routed to multiple destinations, and a fully-digital signal path from source to destination is preferred. The splitter features automatic input cable equalization, which restores and reshapes incoming DVI signals, minimizing jitter effects that can be a common problem where multiple active devices are in the signal path. The kit comes with a AC to DC 15 watt power supply that provides a 12 volt output when operated with a input voltage of 90 to 264 VAC. This FRU Kit can be used with Innova X100, Innova IGS 5x0, Discovery IGS730 and Innova IGS 6x0 systems. 5415757-H
