Product Overview
The 1.5T Dynamic Disable Switch Board is used in MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) as well as in many automotive applications. Its purpose is to provide static as well as dynamic detuning of the 1.0T body coil. In order to save and reduce the system’s power supply, the load is switched dynamically. If any loads are not in working mode, then the loads can be kept active and inactive only during a certain time period. The circuit operates in conjunction with a 1.0 bias resistor and the collector boards. The pin diode is developed to secure the MRI receivers from the high RF energy fields, RF pulses and RF spike pulses. It is suited for automatic installation devices and has a planar passivated chip with non-magnetic construction. The self-clinch PEM nut M4 are broaching nuts, which are threaded internally specially used for mounting. They are made from 300 series stainless steel which have superior corrosion properties and scratch resistance. The AX current phenolic has 140 Ohms as maximum DC resistance and 1.79A as maximum DC current. It is a lead free and RoHS compliant. Capacitors have -55° C - 175° C as operating temperature, which features high Q, low loss and low ESL. The bar codes are blank thermal transfer printable labels designed for barcode and alpha numeric identification which is made from Polyimide film. This film can withstand high temperatures. M4 non-magnetic captive screws are used commonly for protecting the panels. Loctite Hysol has a clear epoxy adhesive suited for circuit board, which is non-flame retardant. The product is packed into a cartridge. Their accurate working life is 60 minutes.
