Product Overview
The specialty fuse has a category blade body shape and can operate in the voltage and current ratings of 60 A/700 VAC respectively. This fuse can provide ultrahigh degree of current limitation with low I2t. The heat energy of even low-level fault currents can quickly destroy an electronic device. This fuse limits the peak leak through current to a level which is a fraction of the potential available short-circuit current. It has fast speed-of-response to build-up of short-circuit current and the quickly decaying short-circuit current as the fuse suppresses internal arcing together can limit the I2t let through to values substantially lower than the I2t withstand of the semiconductor device.
